Wakai SessionTracker SessionTracker is a Visual Basic COM Object that is used to track web server sessions across a web farm. SessionTracker uses a combination of cookies and IIS's own Session object to easily track session values during the execution of an ASP page; a series of rows in a database is used to retrieve and store session information from page to page, server to server. The SessionTracker database is easy to install, and runs on Microsoft SQL Server. Or if you wish, you can use a network file share. A single DLL handles all session functionality automatically; all you have to do is set the object at the top of each Active Server Page. From there, SessionTracker handles everything, including cleaning up old records and session files. Implementation is easy as well, especially if you're already using the IIS session object in your pages. By simply setting the SessionTracker object, you can save all those values across the web farm, without changing your code!
