It begins with a menu-driven interface wizard for collecting all relevant FTP login information. Once setup is complete, simply define the local HTML directory you want the Upper to work from, and it automatically maintains an exact mirror of that directory on your Web server. This list tracks all changes that you make to your web site and displays them as "to do items". Each to do item corresponds to a certain file that you have created, updated, deleted or renamed. In order to put these changes online, you simply click on Start. The Homepage Upper uploads all files that you have created or updated (and also creates directories if necessary) and deletes any obsolete file on the server. You need not do anything by hand!In order to avoid undesired files getting onto your server, any file types flagged for bypassing are ignored by the Homepage Upper.
